Visiting Your Doctor’s Office

Each Doctor has created an environment that is as safe as possible for everyone. These are general guidelines below to follow. Please contact your Doctor directly for their specific office protocols.

Each Doctor has carefully reviewed the current suggested protocols for opening and running their office and are applying the most appropriate procedures for keeping everyone as safe as possible during your office visit.

Part of the new protocol includes transferring patient data to an online electronic health record (EHR) that is HIPAA-compliant, therefore most of each Doctor’s correspondence will be online.

The most important value at TruePath Wellness is the health and wellbeing of all of everyone, especially you, the client/patient/friend, and you can be confident that the highest level of care and cleanliness will be maintained.

Be Advised:

All touched surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly between each client with an EPA registered non-toxic disinfectant.
All linens, towels, table paper etc. will be changed after each session.

Before Your Session:

Please check with your Doctor for Payment Process Protocols to keep you safe.
If you have any symptoms of viral illness such as fever, sore throat, fatigue and weakness, sneezing, cough etc. you MUST reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged for late cancelation. For existing patients, your practitioner may be able to change your visit to a remote online visit; please inquire.
Please shower and dress in clean clothes before you come to your Doctor’s office.
If possible, please come directly to your Doctor’s office and do not make any additional stops prior to your appointment.
If possible, come to your Doctor’s office by yourself. Anyone accompanying you may not wait inside. Leave all unnecessary bags, food or personal items in your vehicle or at home.

When You Arrive:

Please check with your Doctor regarding their arrival procedures.
You will not be admitted without a facemask. Your mask will be worn throughout your appointment. If your Doctor feels you need a more appropriate mask, one will be provided.
Patients will be asked to sign an informed consent form that states, “I understand that contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive hands-on treatment.”

After Your Session:

Your Doctor will provide you with instructions.
